Just recently, a woman walked into the Richmond office looking for direction on how to begin homeschooling. Though struggling financially, she was determined to do what she knew was best for her child. A trained, empathetic consultant was there to guide her through the “getting started” processes and answer her myriad of questions. Also, thanks to the generosity of fellow HEAV families, she found tangible help in the form of donated curricula to help her get started. She left with a blessed peace of mind, knowing she was on the track and had support for her journey.

HEAV has been such a huge support to my family through our homeschooling years in Virginia. It’s nice to know you all are a phone call away if I have questions.
