Cancellations
Please contact the HEAV office (office@heav.org or 804-278-9200) to cancel a room at the Marriott and Hilton (Please do not contact these hotels directly).
Cancellations at other hotels can be made directly with the hotel.
Rates
Most of the special rates are for the nights of the convention. You may stay longer or arrive earlier. Many hotels will honor these reduced rates for the nights immediately before and after the event. It’s not guaranteed, though. When in doubt, simply ask.
