Event Refunds

Refund Policy: As with most ticketed events, we are not able to offer refunds or transfers. All registrations are considered final.

If you choose “purchase protection” for a small fee when you register, you may be eligible for a refund if you are prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. Vouchers excluded.

Convention and Other Events

Refunds may be obtained by submitting a refund request. Refund requests must be submitted by the date stated on the registration submission, and a cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund amount. No refunds or adjustments will be made at the event. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Merchandise Return

A written request is required.  E-mail finance@heav.org to request a refund.

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless it has a manufacturer’s defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Diplomas, personalized items, and associated graduation merchandise are non-refundable.
