In June of 2021, HEAV worked extensively with the interim student services representative on several, important items of concern relating to incorrect implementation of the law.

HEAV reached out again this month to address numerous, ongoing concerns. Although the district did not respond to update HEAV on their efforts and resolution, we see that almost every item we addressed in our communication has been corrected on the district’s website and forms. We are pleased to see these updates.
