FILING UNDER OPTION (iii): If you are filing under, “…any other manner,” which often includes various curricula and educational methods, it is clear that “…evidence of such enrollment” cannot apply. If your district is asking for evidence of enrollment in this instance, you may reference page 5 in the VDOE Home Instruction Handbook. It states, “If the teaching parent provides a program of study or curriculum that is delivered through any other manner, a list of the courses to be studied for the coming year must be submitted to the school division. Submission of these materials is for information purposes only.”
