Send Diploma Every Year

Q. Should I send in my high school diploma each year I file a Notice of Intent?

A. The law requires proof of how you have complied with the option you have chosen on the NOI. For option (i), you should provide a copy of your diploma. Although you have sent your diploma previously, include it with your NOI unless you call the superintendent’s office, and they tell you that you no longer need to provide a copy.
