Once again, HEAV has reserved a variety of room blocks at local hotels to meet your needs! We’ve negotiated to give you the best rates, but don’t wait too long to reserve your room; the blocks do fill up very quickly.

Cancellations
Please contact the HEAV office (hotels@heav.org) to cancel a room at the Marriott and Hilton (Please do not contact these hotels directly).
Cancellations at other hotels can be made directly with the hotel.
Rates
Most of the special rates are for the nights of the convention. You may stay longer or arrive earlier. Many hotels will honor these reduced rates for the nights immediately before and after the event. It’s not guaranteed, though. When in doubt, simply ask.
