Exhibitor Information
Homeschool Exhibitors
Applications for 2025 are now being accepted.
HEAV hosts one of the largest homeschool conventions in the country, with approximately 10,000-12,000 participants. To meet the needs of homeschooling families, we are looking for products and services that are exciting, unique, and of interest to our primarily Christian homeschool attendees.
To help make our exhibitors successful in their endeavors, we carefully review each vendor’s products and services to avoid duplication of vendor types and ensure each exhibitor has the best possible chance of success.
HEAV reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor, and offers no comment or reason when invitations are not extended.
At this time we are not accepting applications from independent consultants that work with multi-level marketing companies.
If You Have Never Exhibited With HEAV Before:
If you would like to be considered as a new exhibitor, you must submit an application that provides the following information:
- A catalog and/or brochure about your company or organization;
- A sample of materials you may have in your booth;*
- References (if any) from previous conventions you may have attended;
- Pictures of your display, if possible; and
- Your company name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, website, and contact name.
*Samples will not be returned.
If you have questions about a new application for the HEAV exhibit hall, please contact exhibithall@heav.org.

A limited number of vendor workshops are available and are open to purchase by registered exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. These are different from workshops and offer different opportunities for the exhibitor.These vendor workshops:
- Are listed in convention materials by the company name
- Are available for purchase and are limited to one per company.
- Are chosen by the company giving the workshop–you pick the topic
- Are not included on the convention recording MP3 after the event
- Can, if you wish, be used to discuss your company products or approach in more detail, though a broad topic can generate more interest.
- Give exhibitors who are not speaking a chance to have greater visibility because they are included on the workshop list and schedule-at-a-glance
In contrast, speaker workshops are offered by invitation and the approval and scheduling process is somewhat different.Speaker Workshops:
- Are listed in convention materials with the speaker’s name
- Are listed on the speaker’s page on our website and convention program
- Have broadly themed topics to have large general appeal (no product sales)
- Are chosen by the speaker team
- Are recorded and included on the convention recording MP3 after the event.
If you’d like to considered as workshop speaker for 2025 or beyond, please visit the speaker application page.
