Guest Room Deposit/Guarantee Policy:
The Hilton requires one night’s room deposit for each reservation request received. This can be done by providing the cost of one night’s lodging with a company check or by placing this amount on a major credit card at the time of reservation. (Personal checks will not be accepted.) Guest Rooms may be canceled prior to 48 hours before arrival without penalty of a “no-show” fee of one night’s room and tax. If a guest fails to arrive on the expected date of arrival, the room deposit will be forfeited as a “no-show” fee, and the room will be released for the remaining dates reserved.
Early Departure Fee:
Departures earlier than the date confirmed by the guest at check in to the hotel will be assessed an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax at the group rate.
