An HEAV-Sponsored Event
The Fox Wire Farm encompasses more than 200 acres and sits on its own peninsula on the Yarmouth Creek. It is home to miniature donkeys, a miniature horse, 4 full-size horses, Jersey calves, more than 800 chickens, and just over 100 alpacas! The three-hour, hands-on tour shows how the farm maintains its 100%-organic rating and is able to operate with little impact on the land itself.
In order to maintain the safety of both guests the animals, the following rules apply:
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted inside any of the animal pens. We do offer custom tours that will allow children to interact with the animals on a more personal level.
NO open-toed shoes, sandals, flip-flops, or crocs will be allowed inside the animal pens. This is to protect your feet from any of the animals who may step on them.
All farm tours start at the Fox Wire Farm Store and Boutique. http://foxwirefarmalpacas.com/directions/
