Homeschool Open House at Museum of History & Culture |10/29/19

Join us on Tuesday, October 29, to meet and mingle with other homeschoolers from across Virginia! This Homeschool Open House will focus on the largest temporary exhibition, “Determined: The 400-Year Struggle for Black Equality,” as educators lead guided classroom and gallery programming that examines the long history of black Americans as they have fought for freedom, equal justice, and access to opportunities.

Visitors will also participate in activities for all ages, including guided workshops and gallery walks, as well as self-guided crafts, games, and scavenger hunts.

Participation is free for homeschoolers and chaperones, but registration is required at the eventbrite link.
