Travel back in time with Julius Caesar to uncover the political intrigue and ambition that sparked revolution in this classic play. Full of rich language
and bloody action, this title is a great introduction to Shakespeare, Rome, and rhetoric.
The paired 90-minute workshop incorporates elements of Blackfriar’s embedded stage directions, cue scripts, and blood workshops, allowing participants to follow clues in the text and concoct their own blood mixtures to explore the staging of one of Shakespeare’s most famous and challenging scenes – the assassination of Julius Caesar.
