An Evening of Real Refreshment

As a special gift for you, homeschool mom, we’ve teamed up with Apologia to bring this bonus workshop at NO COST to you. It’s our gift to you, born from a desire to lift you up, encourage you, and nurture YOU—just as you nurture all those around you. So let hubby get this children to bed, and join us at 7:30 on on Friday night at the convention. You’ll so glad you did!

Workshops Sneak Peek

Here are few more of Rachael’s workshops that will touch your heart and mind.

What About THAT Child?
What face comes to mind when you hear the phrase “that child”? No matter whether you smile or scowl, God has a plan for that child. All of that energy, all those questions, all that strength, all THAT, is God-given for His glory. Come learn strategies for learning to enjoy that child, to embrace that child, and to train that child for God’s purposes.

How to Stop Wrestling and Start Resting
For those of us who are doers (and what mom isn’t!), wrestling feels like we are doing something, while resting doesn’t. But God calls us to rest in His sovereignty—but what does that look like?

Attention, Obsessive-Compulsive, Perfectionist, Control-Freaks: CHILL OUT
Being an obsessive-compulsive-perfectionist-control-freak, it is sometimes hard to take advantage of the freedoms of homeschool. Join Rachael for a lesson on how to chill out and turn control over to God.

Family Reading Time
One of the best images of homeschooling is snuggling together on the sofa to read classics, biographies, histories, and other great books. Learn how to make the most of it!
