Students can register to perform and compete in musical solo, duo, and ensemble events; contrasting monologues; Shakespeare monologue; and theatrical duo, ensemble, and design. Awards are designated for middle- and high-school-aged performers.

This year, the guest artist and speaker is Quentin Earl Darrington, who will be opening soon in Once On This Island on Broadway. His Broadway credits also include Cats and Ragtime, and he has appeared in national tours of Memphis, The Color Purple, and The Lion King.
