Romeikes Denied New Hearing

This homeschooling family faces heavy fines and possibly jail time if they are forced to return to Germany. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a rehearing of their case for asylum in the U.S. and now HSLDA plans to submit their case to the U.S. Supreme Court. School Items Tax Free August 3 – 5!

Take advantage of the tax exemption! Purchases of certain school supplies, clothing, and footwear will be exempt from the Virginia sales tax. Skye Chase Academy’s Odyssey of the Mind Team is the 2013 World Champions for Problem 5, Division 2!
