Upon his arrival in India, he struck up a friendship with famed Baptist missionary pioneer, William Carey. While on the mission field, he translated the New Testament, Psalms, and Book of Common Prayer into multiple languages. Read an inspiring biographical article, “Henry Martyn Forsook All for Christ,” here.
