Support Group Leadership Luncheon

As a support group leader, you are our invited guest to be honored for your service to the homeschool community. The Annual Support Group Leadership Luncheon will be held on Friday, June 8th, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

JESSICA HULCY—In her inimitable wacky and tell-it-like-it-is style—will share how to effectively lead homeschoolers.

All you really wanted to do was homeschool your own children, but now you find you are the leader of a homeschool support group. It has been said that leading homeschoolers is like trying to herd cats. How do you get members to sign up to do the newsletter and run the field trips? As a matter of fact, how do you get members to even attend the meetings? How can you share the vision of homeschooling with people who have no vision?

Listen to Jessica share how she has used the concept of teamwork, hospitality, and shoes-yes, shoes-to help build a support group that goes beyond support to establish a community of homeschoolers who serve each other.

Jessica is an immensely popular national homeschool speaker. She is also the co-author of KONOS Curriculum and a state leader from Texas. She and her husband Wade homeschooled their four boys for 24 years.
