Every speaker needs a good host or hostess. Help
your favorite speaker feel at home by
assisting them
before, during, and after their workshop. All
you need
is the ability to make sure the speakers have
what
they need (you tell us if they don't), hand
out evaluation
forms, read a brief introduction, and count
the number
of people in your room. It's that simple.
Please e-mail
speakerhost@heav.org if you'd like to
volunteer
and we'll send you a list of available workshops!

Did you know that Box Top labels are found on a
variety of food boxes and cans, and that each
one is
worth 10 cents? You can turn those labels
into cash
for your homeschool support group--and for HEAV!
Now 10 cents might not sound like a lot, but
it adds up
fast! Thanks to those of you who submitted
labels or
shopped through the Box Tops Marketplace, HEAV
received a check for $3,500 a few months ago.
Those
little labels can support homeschooling in a
BIG way.
Next time you go to throw away a food box or can, stop and make sure you're not throwing money away!
