Once again, HEAV has reserved a variety of “room blocks” at hotels to meet your needs! Four of the downtown hotels are within walking distance of the Convention (yeah!). The other is for the budget-minded and requires a short drive, but offers a great deal. All rates have been fiercely negotiated to give you the best rates. I’ll try to update this page with vacancy status from time-to-time (this won’t be real-time info). If you have questions, please feel free to jot me an e-mail.

Cancellations
Please contact the office (office@heav.org or 804-278-9200) to cancel a room at the Marriott and Hilton (please do NOT contact these hotels directly). Cancellations at other hotels can be made directly with the hotel (see below for specifics).
Rates
Most of the special rates are for the nights of June 6-9. You may stay longer or arrive earlier; however, there’s no guarantee the hotel will honor these rates (but some do). When in doubt, simply ask.
