To honor those who serve the homeschool community, HEAV is hosting a Leadership Luncheon for homeschool leaders. Along with delicious food and a scrumptious dessert, the luncheon will feature an encouraging speaker and lots of exciting gifts!
If you are a leader in a support group or co-op (a board member, a newsletter editor, an officer, or a committee chair), or an e-group moderator–or a person ready to move into leadership–you are invited to join us. Leaders must be preregistered for the convention in order to attend the luncheon.
NEW! The luncheon will be held at the Hilton Richmond Downtown, diagonally across from the convention center!
NOTE: Registration is limited to four leaders per group in order to accommodate as many groups as possible. Because of limited seating, we are not able to accommodate children other than nursing babies.
HEAV offers our heart-felt gratitude to our luncheon sponsor! Be sure to visit them in the Exhibit Hall, and thank them for making this luncheon possible.
Special Gifts and Door Prizes
We’ll have dozens of door prizes supplied by our generous vendors. In the past, leaders received a variety of gifts including hand-made soaps, specialty books, museum passes, a $100 gift certificate, a mini computer, and more!
If you have a sincere financial need, we are happy to provide scholarship help for the luncheon. Click here to submit a request.
The plated luncheon is FREE to group leaders who are also HEAV members. However, if you have made a reservation but cannot attend—please let us know. Call our office at 804-278-9200 so we can remove your name from our reservation list. If we do not receive your cancellation by May 19, we must ask you to pay the $20 cost of the lunch. If you notify us by this date, you will not be asked to pay the full cost of luncheon.
Questions or difficulty registering online? Please call the HEAV office at 804-278-9200, or e-mail email@example.com.
