3.1 Christian Resources: Free E-book – Jesus the Evangelist – Expires July 31

Until the end of July, Reformation Trust (with a Reformed perspective, of course) is giving away the e-book edition of Richard Phillips’ Jesus the Evangelist: Learning to Share the Gospel from the Book of John. Read a sample chapter to see if you would benefit from the author’s review of Jesus’ life and the methods of evangelism Jesus and the disciples used.

3.2 Thrifty Ideas: Budget 101

Find some nifty ways to repurpose furniture, make old-fashioned homemade food from scratch, ask your household questions, and post responses to the questions other readers submit. By the way, there is a lot more material in plenty of categories!

3.3 Preschool and Kindergarten: Day-Camp-At-Home – Hula Hoop Hideout

Part of the “Summer Day Camp 2014″ series, complete directions for making a cool hideout in the back yard may be found here! You will need a Hula Hoop, safety pins, twine or rope, tulle and/or ribbon, sheets, scissors, cushions, and blankets. If supported in a way that makes it easy to unhook and take down, you can easily move it to safety in the garage if a storm threatens.
