A. After you test your child, you will send the test booklet and score sheet to the test provider at the address listed in the test instructions. It will be scored, and the official test results will be mailed back to you within a few weeks. Next, photo copy the test results and mail it to your division superintendent or his designee (the same person with whom you filed your Notice of Intent form). You may want to write a short cover letter stating the name of your child and that his test results are enclosed. Keep the original document on file at home.
