Church of the Redeemer
8275 Meadowbridge Road
Monday through Friday, July 15 through 19, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost: $100/first student in a family; $85/each additional student from the family.
Lunch is included as part of the programming. Lunch will be prepared together, tables set, and eaten together–with great table manners! See the website for the dress code. Students must be 12 by September 1, 2013, and must not have attended That Dance Thing (TDT) during the school year. Summer Camp is for new TDT students. TDT loves to have DADs (Designated Adult Dancer) dance with the class. DADs must also register, but there is no cost. Please contact TDT for details regarding DAD registration.
Students at TDT Summer Camp will learn basic, modest ballroom dancing, including swing, waltz, fox trot, cha-cha, samba, and rumba. In addition to dancing, students will learn more about appropriate social skills, leadership, team work, and etiquette, to name a few. Camp provides a summer activity for teens in a safe and secure Christian environment. Meet new friends, dance to great music, and have fun.
