The website gives these “Goals of National Marriage Week USA:
1) To elevate marriage as a national issue in the media and with policy leaders.
2) To promote the benefits of marriage, that stronger marriages bring economic stability to individuals and to the nation, and provide the best environment for thriving children.
3) To create a national calendar for existing, trusted marriage classes, conferences, and events, where people can find the help they need or reach out to help others.”

Friday, April 5, through Sunday, April 7, 2013. General Sessions are Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Sunday evening. Student Sessions are at 6 p.m. on Saturday and 4:15 p.m. on Sunday (split into Sunday sessions for younger and older students). The event is free–spread the word!
Ken Ham and creation geologist Dr. Andrew Snelling will be offering a variety of sessions that will help you defend the Christian faith, answer the critics, train your family, and preach the gospel in a secular world.
To reach public school, Christian school, and homeschooled students, the weekend includes special Student Sessions for both grades K-5 and grades 6-12. There will also be a variety of general sessions for all. (Younger children are welcome at the general sessions if accompanied by a parent; a nursery is available, as well as limited, free childcare to age four..)
View the complete conference schedule and download a conference brochure at the first website. If you’re planning to come from far away and will need a hotel, check out the list of local accommodations at the second website. (Local hotels may fill quickly because of the Cherry Blossom Festival, so now’s the time to reserve a room if you need one.)
