Cost: Aquarium Only: $10/adult and $8/child (ages two through eighteen); Aquarium plus IMAX: $12/adult and $14/child

Description: Discover the amazing underwater world at the Virginia Aquarium. Travel on an aquatic journey from the shore to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean and have the opportunity to experience animal feedings, training sessions, and “hands-on” programs. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., participate in hands-on stations around the Bay & Ocean Pavilions, and then observe live animal interactions in the Marsh Pavilion between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. You’ll see thousands of animals—representing more than 300 species—displayed in entertaining and educational exhibits.
