Monday, October 8, 2012, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guest speaker Barbra Lloyd Kessinger of Lloyd Law PPLC, will speak on long-term planning, wills and trusts, guardianship, and IEP’s. This meeting will include a Q&A session.
This is a support group for parents of children with special needs from birth to adulthood and is open to everyone. It meets once a month at Culpeper County Library. “Like” them on Facebook at Culpeper Parents of Children with Special Needs. These meetings are a source of much useful information, with speakers who offer helpful ideas on many practical topics.

As many homeschoolers have more flexible schedules than their classroom peers, consider taking advantage of the situation by taking an off-season vacation, enjoying a corn maze or lunchtime picnic in the park, shifting story time to a blanket in the yard, or making a fall treat together.
